Field Trips

Heritage Christian recognizes the value of field trips that supplement the curriculum in the classroom. Field trips must be educational and appropriate. The principal must approve all field trips.

The classroom teacher is responsible for sending home board certified field trip permission slips to be signed and returned by the parents. Signed permission slips have to be on file in order for the student to go on a field trip. All students are required to attend scheduled field trips.

Field trips are a fun opportunity for parents and students alike to share in a joyful experience away from the school campus.

Students are able to take field trips to help them see and feel things that otherwise they may only hear or read about.
