Tuition Policy
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. Tuition not paid by the 5th day of the month is subject to a $25.00 late fee. Tuition payments not paid by the 20th of the month are subject to an additional $25.00 late fee. Student report cards will be held if all tuition is not current at the end of each grading period. Any account over 60 days old is subject to student dismissal.
Registration & Other Fees
Enrollment fees are payable annually and are non refundable. The application fee is nonrefundable. Testing fees are subject to change and are nonrefundable.
Book fees are due annually. Students must purchase consumable books. All other books are rented each school year. Book fees are subject to change each year. Any rented book that is returned in un-useable condition must be purchased at replacement cost. Lost or damaged workbooks or textbooks must be purchased at replacement cost.
Additional activities may require additional fees.
There will be a $30.00 fee charged for all returned checks.
There will be a $10.00 per half hour fee charged to students left after 3:30pm.
Donations, Gifts, Contributions
Any interested party may give a donation, gift, or contribution to Heritage Christian Academy by contacting the school office. All donations, gifts, and contributions are tax deductible. The giver may specify a particular use for the gift desired. Anyone wishing to set up a scholarship fund to send a child to Heritage Christian may do so through the office.
Financial Aid, Scholarship, Discounts
Financial aid may be available. Certain scholarship programs are available for Heritage Christian students. Pastors and other full-time Christian ministry workers are eligible for discounted tuition.

Family Tuition Cap is $750 per month regardless of how many are students are enrolled.
Book Fees vary with grade level.
